FAN OF THE CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS

Products: Fresh mushrooms champignons — 200g;
Chicken meat fried or boiled — 200g;
Butter — 100g;
Sour cream — 1 glass;
Eggs — 2


Dill greens, salt, black pepper add to taste. Rinse the mushrooms under running water and allow them to dry slightly. Washed mushrooms cut into thin strips. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it. Then take the chicken fillet roasted or boiled, cut into strips and mix with mushrooms. Transfer this to a serving pan. Beat the egg with a mixer. Dill rinse under running water. Allow the water to drain and finely chop the dill. Put eggs, dill and sour cream together. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture of mushrooms with chicken and put in a preheated oven. Let them bake on medium heat until cooked.
